The Solicitors Regulation Authority, the solicitor's governing body, permits solicitors to make agreements with their introducing sources for referral work. Such agreements must comply with a code, known as the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code, which contains strict rules to safeguard your interests as the customer. easylawyers and the panel solicitor have entered into a formal agreement under the Solicitors Introduction & Referral Code.

Notice to Clients of easylawyers
We comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code (as amended from time to time) published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Your conveyancing solicitors shall be d3legal (a specialist division of Dickinson Dees), an independent professional law firm from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice.

easylawyers will provide the conveyancing service via d3legal (a specialist division of Dickinson Dees). They will contact you once you confirm that you wish to proceed.

All professional work will be undertaken directly for you and on your behalf by d3legal. The advice and service you get from them is, and will remain, personal, confidential and independent and will be subject to your direct instructions at all times. You will be free to raise questions on all aspects of your matter. The conveyancing service provided will be Sale/Purchase/Re-Mortgage of freehold or leasehold domestic property as notified by you to easylawyers. The charge payable by you for the conveyancing services is detailed on the quotation provided.

The legal costs and disbursements of the transaction (as known to us at the date of the quotation) shall be set out by d3legal. In a purchase they will ask you to pay for the searches in advance. The balance of the payment of legal costs and disbursements (including our fee) must be paid by you in cleared funds prior to legal completion. Your conveyancing solicitor will send you a completion statement showing the balance required.

Should the matter not proceed to legal completion you will be obliged to pay for all searches and disbursements which d3legal has incurred on your behalf. Should the matter prove abortive, or should you change solicitors after exchange of contracts then they shall be entitled to be paid a fair proportion of the cost of the conveyancing services.

By accepting the quotation you authorise us to refer your transaction to our appointed conveyancing solicitor, d3legal. You have been notified that you are free to instruct another solicitor of your choice and that there is no obligation for you to instruct Dickinson Dees Solicitors. You confirm that you have not already appointed a solicitor to deal with the transaction nor do you wish to do so.

d3legal has no liability whatsoever for the contents of this website. d3legal shall not be liable for any loss, expenses, damages or costs suffered or incurred by you due to your use of easylawyers legal services.
