        INTRODUCERS REFERRAL SERVICE

This page applies only to solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents, independent financial advisors and other reputable introducers of business for easylawyers.

easylawyers is registered with the Law Society and is fully insured. We have entered into a strategic partnership with the leading UK conveyancing firm Dickinson Dees. They are one of the UK’s biggest and most dedicated conveyancing law firms and can offer quality conveyancing to your clients and/or contacts. The company is regulated by the Law Society and the Financial Services Authority.

Dickinson Dees offers clients a 'Real Time Case Tracking System', meaning that transactions can be tracked online at any time. Customers, therefore, have the added advantage of not having to visit solicitors' offices as everything is done by email, telephone and post - saving homebuyers valuable time. Customers will also have the benefit of an automatic text messaging service on exchange of contracts and completion.

Dickinson Dees’ large 'Home Transfer Service' division deals exclusively with the sale and purchase of residential property. The team is part of the Residential Property Solutions unit. The Newcastle-based unit employs 130 staff, who handles over 600 property transactions a week.

Our aim is for introducers, especially lawyers not offering conveyancing services to their clients, to earn a generous fee by simply referring the work to us

We at easylawyers are willing to pay you up to £100 as a referral fee for every conveyancing transaction you refer to us.

By joining our referral scheme, you will get the following advantages without having to do any work or expend valuable money and time:

The legal fees are structured to include your referral fee. The fees will depend on the value of the property and whether it is freehold or leasehold. We have attached the Pricing Structure which sets out the legal fees that your client or contact will have to pay for the conveyancing services.

All you have to do is take some basic information about the contact and transaction details on the appropriate Instruction Sheet depending on the type of conveyancing transaction (which can be downloaded from this page).

There are 5 different forms of Instruction Sheets:

You can send the Instruction Sheet to us by post, fax or our preference, which is by email. Dickinson Dees Solicitors will contact the client and send out a client care letter. It will not affect your professional indemnity cover as you will not enter into any contract with the client or give advice to the client.

Registration

To join our referral scheme you have to register by completing and returning to us our Registration Form and agreeing to the attached terms and conditions.

Upon receipt of your Registration Form, we shall provide you with an Introducer Code which you must write on each Instruction Sheet you send to us. The Introducer Code helps us identify to whom the introducer is to pay the referral fee upon completion.

We keep accurate records of the referrals we receive and you will get an account at the end of each month of referrals received from your firm and those that have completed.
