easylawyers is a Solicitors Regulation Authority regulated solicitors’ firm (unlike some other conveyancing services), who has teamed up with the UK's leading solicitors firm d3legal which is a specialist division of Dickinson Dees. You will have dedicated and specialist property solicitors who are highly trained and skilled to deal with your transaction.
All work is carried out on a postal, email and telephone basis by our experienced property solicitors, who are all members of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and who are all covered by a minimum of £2,000,000 indemnity insurance.
We appreciate that moving house can be very stressful. Our house purchase and house sale solicitors are here to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. easylawyers is determined to help you see your move completed efficiently, economically and quickly.
You will find that our prices are lower than most High Street solicitor’s practices. Our internet-based no gimmick service allows us to keep our fees low.
We comply in all respects with the Solicitors' Introduction & Referral Code 1990 (amended by the Solicitors' Introduction & Referral Code Amendment Provisions 1992 and also in 2004).
These rules provide that before any client is referred to a solicitor, the client must be advised of any payment made by the solicitor for that referral.
Therefore, you are advised that the solicitors firm carrying out your conveyancing has agreed to pay easylawyers a referral fee.
This fee will be paid by the solicitors themselves out of their charges and not by you.
There are no hidden extras and the referral fee mentioned above is not payable by you.
